White Christmas

Albion’s White Christmas font can only be described as a snow laden black letter typeface. We’ve taken black letter forms which emphasise (relative) simplicity and legibility, and then had great fun thinking where the snow might fall, drift and accumulate against them. The result is in the tradition of old childrens’ comics and magazine mastheads drawn specially ‘snowed’ for the December number, and speaks of those cosy vintage Christmas cards that bring back nostalgia for Christmases that are probably better than the real ones. In short, Albion’s White Christmas is a snow draped black letter ideal for the winter holidays and letting in the spirit of Christmas.
